Abstract: An apparatus of a transmitter for signal processing in a wireless communication system is provided. The apparatus includes a first signal processing module set configured to process a first signal transmitted to a base station and a second signal processing module set configured to process a second signal transmitted to a terminal, wherein the first signal processed by the first signal processing module set has a different bandwidth than the second signal processed by the second signal processing module set.

Abstract: A method for operating a User Equipment (UE) is provided to minimize performance degradation due to a difference between a transmit power for D2B communication and a transmit power for Device to Device (D2D) communication.
