Abstract: An electronic device that uses a method of providing contents by an electronic device is provided. The method includes analyzing at least one element of log information, generating at least one emotion content and at least one log content based on the analyzed at least one element of log information, determining whether there are emotion contents generated based on the log information of the at least one log content, generating at least one combined content by using the at least one log content and the determined emotion contents, and grouping the at least one log content and the at least one combined content, and displaying at least one content group.
