An electronic device comprises: a camera, at least one communication module; at least one memory; and at least one processor. The processor may be configured so as to: acquire a raw image of an external object by using the camera; generate a small raw image corresponding to the raw image; determine the possibility or not of the transmission of the small raw image from the electronic device to an external device by using at least some of the communication modules, among the at least one communication module; when the transmission of the small raw image is determined to be in a possible state, transmit the small raw image to the external device so that the external electronic device may generate first correction information by using the small raw image and on the basis of a correction processing method of the external device; receive the first correction information from the external device; when the transmission of the small raw image is determined to be in an impossible state, determine situation information of the image; check second correction information which is generated on the basis of the situation information; and by using one corresponding correction information, among the first correction information and the second correction information, generate a corrected image generated by correcting the raw image.

The electronic device according to various embodiments includes a display, a memory, a communication module comprising communication circuitry, and a processor, wherein the processor is configured to control the communication module to receive a second image corresponding to a first image stored in the memory from an external electronic device, the second image being an image in which a raw image corresponding to the first image is corrected, to control the display to display the first image on a first segment of the display and to display the second image on a second segment of the display, and to identify whether to store the second image in the memory, based on an input for the first image or the second image.

An electronic device according to embodiments may include: a communication module; a first processor configured to correct images, and a second processor operatively connected to the communication module and the first processor. The second processor is configured to control the first processor to correct a first image set obtained from a database, select at least one image from the first image set based at least on a correction result of the first image set, and transmit feature information on the selected at least one image to the first processor. The first processor is configured to obtain a second image set from the database based on the feature information, and generate a third image set by correcting the second image set. Various other embodiments may be possible.

A method and an apparatus for operating a User Interface (UI) of a conference call terminal are provided. The method includes operating a first camera and a second camera when a conference call is initiated, outputting an output image of a conference call screen comprising a first image and a second image collected from the first camera and the second camera, the first image and the second image being arranged not to overlap, and distinguishing a speaking person's image from another person's image, when the speaking person's image is detected in the output image of the conference call screen.

The image signal processor is configured to obtain images corresponding to light from outside by using the image sensor, the images including at least a raw image, a first sub image, and a second sub image, the first sub image being an image corresponding to light detected by at least one first sub light, the second sub image being an image corresponding to light detected by at least one second sub light, identify a luminance ratio between the first sub image and the second sub image, identify a defect in the raw image, based on the luminance ratio, and perform a function corresponding to a type of the defect.
