A Flexible Job Shop scheduling method includes: obtaining a shop scheduling state including at least one of a sequential order dependency relationship between job tasks being processed, a sequential order dependency relationship between operation steps in each job task of the job tasks, a processing/being processed relationship between the job tasks and machines, or mutual constraint relationships between the machines; representing the shop scheduling state as a state hypergraph; extracting a hypergraph-based job feature from the state hypergraph using a hypergraph neural network; and determining an action configured to change the shop scheduling state, wherein the action is determined according to the hypergraph-based job feature using a policy network.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). A method and apparatus for channel estimation and equalization in a cellular environment based on quadrature amplitude modulation-filter bank multicarrier (QAM-FBMC) transmission is provided. The signal transmission method for a transmitter includes sending channel measurement information to a receiver, receiving channel related information from the receiver, selecting a first filter and a second filter to be used for signal transmission according to the received channel related information, mapping, when no performance difference is present between the first filter and the second filter, reference symbols evenly to subcarriers associated with the first filter and subcarriers associated with the second filter, mapping, when a performance difference is present between the first filter and the second filter, reference symbols preferentially to subcarriers associated with the transmitting filter with higher performance, and sending a transmit signal having the mapped reference symbols.
Abstract:
A load distribution method and apparatus of a base station are disclosed. The method includes measuring load information associated with the BS; transmitting the measured load information to at least one adjacent BS; receiving load information from the at least one adjacent BS; generating a first cluster including the BS and the at least one adjacent BS; and executing a load distribution operation with respect to the first cluster, wherein at least one BS included in the first cluster is included in a second cluster.
