Abstract: A display apparatus connectable to a plurality of external sound output devices and a sound control method thereof. The display apparatus includes: a wireless communication section which wirelessly communicates with a plurality of external sound output devices; a sound signal processor which processes a sound signal; a first sound output section and a second sound output section which output sounds corresponding to the sound signals; and a controller which determines positions of respective sound output devices based on distances between the first sound output section and the respective sound output devices and distances between the second sound output section and the respective sound output devices, and controls the sound signal processor so that the sound signals processed corresponding to the determined positions can be respectively transmitted to the plurality of sound output devices.

Abstract: An audio apparatus, an audio signal transmission method, and an audio system are provided. The audio signal transmission method includes: wirelessly receiving an audio signal from a first external device; converting the received audio signal into audio signals of multi-channels; and wirelessly transmitting an audio signal of at least one of the multi-channels to at least one of second external devices. Therefore, the audio apparatus wirelessly communicates with a plurality of external devices, and thus a user can connect an audio device to an external device without using wired cables.

Abstract: An access point and a method for connecting wireless communication thereof are provided. The method includes, if a connecting device is connected to the access point, registering information of the connecting device, if the connecting device transmits a first signal in response to a beacon message of the access point after having been disconnected from the access point and connected to a host device, determining whether the connecting device is already registered using the first signal, and, if it is determined that the connecting device is already registered, connecting to the host device via the wireless communication connection.
