Abstract: A method of managing registry information of an image forming apparatus registered to a cloud printing system is provided. The method includes receiving, from a local server of an in-house network system of an entity, a request to register the image forming apparatus with non-secure data of the registry information of the image forming apparatus, determining whether a license of the entity is valid, and storing the received non-secure data in a cloud area and completing registration of the image forming apparatus when the license is determined to be valid.
