Abstract:
A window bonding apparatus is provided. The window bonding apparatus includes a resilient display panel supporter supporting a flexible display panel thereon, a holding member supporting and squeezing inwardly opposed ends of the display panel supporter so as to attain a desired degree of curvature, a first jig disposed under the display panel supporter and having a rigid first face with which the bottom face of the display panel supporter comes into contact when pressed from above, and a second jig disposed above the display panel supporter and having a second face to which the window is releaseably attached, the second jig being movable toward the display panel, wherein the second jig is moved to the first jig to attach the window to the display panel in a manner which progressively increases contact area between the window and the display panel.
Abstract:
A flexible touch sensing unit includes a substrate including a plane region and a bending region, a plurality of sensing electrodes disposed on the substrate, a plurality of sensing lines surrounding the plurality of sensing electrodes and electrically connected to the plurality of sensing electrodes, and a damage prevention layer disposed in the bending region. Cracks on the sensing electrodes and the sensing lines which are disposed in the bending region may be prevented by the damage prevention layer in the bending region. A resulting flexible display device using the flexible touch sensing unit may be thinner by omission of a flexibility enhancing layer.
Abstract:
A touch sensing device may include a base substrate, and a first touch electrode including first sensing patterns disposed on the base substrate wherein each first sensing pattern has a shape that is periodically repeated along a first direction, a first dummy pattern disposed between the first sensing patterns on the same layer, and a first dummy connector connecting each first sensing pattern to the first dummy pattern. A first insulation layer is disposed on the first touch electrode, and a second touch electrode including second sensing patterns disposed on the first insulation layer wherein each second sensing pattern has a shape that is periodically repeated along a second direction crossing the first direction, a second dummy pattern disposed between the plurality of second sensing patterns on the same layer, and a second dummy connector connecting each second sensing pattern to the second dummy pattern.
Abstract:
A display device includes a first substrate, a flexible printed circuit, and a film. The flexible printed circuit is disposed on a first area of the first substrate. The film is disposed on the first substrate and the flexible printed circuit. The flexible printed circuit includes a second substrate, a pad area, and a dummy pad. The pad area comprises pads disposed on the second substrate. The pads extend in a first direction and are spaced apart from one another in a second direction crossing the first direction. The dummy pad is disposed on the second substrate. The dummy pad is spaced apart from the pad area.
Abstract:
A resin spread device includes a substrate, a first member, a resin and a second member. The first member is disposed on the substrate, the first member includes a first region, a second region and a third region, the first region and the third region surround the second region, a plurality of rectangular openings is disposed on the second region and the first member surrounds the openings. The resin is disposed in the openings. The second member is disposed on the first region, and is transported from the first region through the second region to the third region.
