Abstract: A display device including a display panel that displays an image, an input sensor disposed on the display panel, and a readout circuit that receives sensing signals from the input sensor and outputs a moisture level signal, in a skin measurement mode. The readout circuit divides the input sensor into a plurality of blocks, selects a valid sensing block based on the sensing signals from the plurality of blocks, and outputs the moisture level signal based on the sensing signals from the valid sensing block.

Abstract: A display device includes a display panel and an input sensor disposed on the display panel. The input sensor includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and a third electrode. The first electrode includes a first sensing pattern having a first opening defined therein. The second electrode includes a second sensing pattern having a second opening defined therein. The third electrode includes a first sub-sensing pattern disposed in the first opening of the first sensing pattern, and a second sub-sensing pattern disposed in the second opening of the second sensing pattern. Abstract: An electronic device includes a display layer and a sensor layer on the display layer. The sensor layer includes an electrode and a cross electrode. The electrode includes a plurality of first portions spaced from each other in a first direction and a plurality of second portions between the plurality of first portions. The cross electrode includes a plurality of first cross portions spaced from each other in a second direction crossing the first direction and a plurality of second cross portions between the plurality of first cross portions. The second portion includes a first pattern portion extending in the first direction and a plurality of second pattern portions extending in the second direction. A first opening is in the plurality of first portions, a second opening is in the first pattern portion, and a size of the first opening is greater than a size of the second opening.
