    Abstract: A display panel which includes a base layer, a pixel defining layer on the base layer and that has a light emitting opening, a barrier wall on the pixel defining layer and that has a barrier wall opening that overlaps the light emitting opening, and a light emitting element including an anode, an intermediate layer, and a cathode that makes contact with the barrier wall. The barrier wall opening includes a first inner surface and a third inner surface that extend in a direction parallel to a first direction, a second inner surface and a fourth inner surface that extend in a direction parallel to a second direction crossing the first direction, a first corner region, a second corner region, a third corner region, and a fourth corner region.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display includes a substrate, a semiconductor disposed on the substrate that includes a channel for each of a plurality of transistors and doping regions formed at both sides of each channel; a gate insulating layer disposed on the semiconductor that includes an insulating layer opening through which the doping regions of two different transistors are exposed; a gate electrode disposed on the gate insulating layer that overlaps each channel; an interlayer insulating layer disposed on the gate electrode that includes a first and second contact holes through which the doping regions exposed within the insulating layer opening are each exposed; and data wirings disposed on the interlayer insulating layer that are each connected to the doping regions. The interlayer insulating layer includes an organic layer, and the first and second contact holes each include a first side wall positioned within the insulating layer opening.

    Abstract: A display panel includes a base layer, a circuit element layer, and a light-emitting element layer. The circuit element layer includes a power electrode, and an auxiliary electrode disposed on a side surface of the power electrode. The light-emitting element layer includes a pixel defining film that defines a pixel opening, a conductive partition wall disposed on the pixel defining film, a lower electrode disposed in the pixel opening, a light-emitting pattern disposed on the lower electrode, and an upper electrode disposed on the light-emitting pattern. The conductive partition wall includes a first conductive layer disposed on the pixel defining film, and a second conductive layer, and a side surface of the second conductive layer more protrudes than a side surface of the first conductive layer. The upper electrode is electrically connected to the power electrode via the auxiliary electrode.

The display device includes a plurality of scan lines extending substantially in a first direction. The display device includes a data line and a driving voltage line crossing the plurality of scan lines. The display device includes a first transistor including a first channel region among the plurality of channel regions and a first gate electrode. The display device includes a first connector electrically connecting the first gate electrode of the first transistor and a first conductive region among the plurality of conductive regions to each other.
