Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including a pad region, a first conductive pattern disposed on the pad region of the substrate and having a quadrangle shape in a plan view, an insulating layer disposed on the substrate and covering the first conductive pattern, and a second conductive pattern disposed on the insulating layer and contacting the first conductive pattern through a plurality of contact holes defined in the insulating layer. The plurality of the contact holes are arranged along a diagonal direction of the quadrangle shape in the plan view.
