Abstract: A light-emitting diode includes a pixel electrode, a first functional layer on the pixel electrode, an emission layer on the first functional layer, a second functional layer on the emission layer, and an opposite electrode on the second functional layer, wherein the second functional layer includes an auxiliary electron transport layer on the emission layer and including a first deposition material, a mixed layer on the auxiliary electron transport layer and including the first deposition material, a second deposition material, and a third deposition material, and an electron transport layer on the mixed layer and including the second deposition material and the third deposition material.
