Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate; an active pattern disposed on the substrate; an insulating layer disposed on the active pattern and defining an opening exposing a portion of the active pattern; a first conductive layer including a first conductive pattern, which is disposed on the insulating layer and contacts a side surface of the insulating layer defining the opening, and a second conductive pattern, which is disposed on the active pattern in the opening and is disconnected from the first conductive pattern; an organic layer pattern disposed in the opening, contacting the first conductive pattern and the second conductive pattern, and exposing a portion of the second conductive pattern; and a second conductive layer covering the organic layer pattern and a side surface of the first conductive pattern, and contacting the second conductive pattern.
