    Abstract: A light emitting display device includes: a substrate; a semiconductor layer disposed on the substrate; a first insulating layer disposed on the semiconductor layer; a first gate conductor disposed on the first insulating layer; a second insulating layer disposed on the first gate conductor; a second gate conductor disposed on the second insulating layer; an interlayer insulating layer disposed on the second gate conductor; a data conductor disposed on the interlayer insulating layer; a passivation layer disposed on the data conductor; a diode first electrode disposed on the passivation layer; a partition wall disposed on the diode first electrode and including an opening overlapping the diode first electrode; a light emitting layer; and a diode second electrode. The data conductor includes a first inclined surface and a second inclined surface, and an area of the first inclined surface is different from an area of the second inclined surface.

    Abstract: A display device includes a light emitting element including a pixel electrode, a light emitting layer, and a common electrode. A capping layer is disposed on the common electrode. An auxiliary layer is disposed on the capping layer. A thin film encapsulation layer includes a first encapsulation layer, a second encapsulation layer, and a third encapsulation layer. The first encapsulation layer includes a first inorganic insulating layer including silicon nitride; a second inorganic insulating layer including silicon oxide; and a third inorganic insulating layer including silicon oxynitride. The auxiliary layer has a thickness of 200 Å to 1400 Å, the first inorganic insulating layer has a thickness of 400 Å to 3500 Å, the second inorganic insulating layer has a thickness of 200 Å to 2400 Å, and the third inorganic insulating layer has a thickness of 4000 Å or more.

    Abstract: An OLED display including first, second, and third color pixels on a substrate, each including a first electrode, an organic emission layer, a second electrode, and a capping layer, in which the first color pixel emits green light, and each of the second and third color pixels emits a color of light other than green, the organic emission layer of the first color pixel includes first and second emission layers that emit light, the organic emission layer of the second or third color pixel includes a third emission layer that emit light, the second and third emission layers include both a host and a dopant, the first emission layer includes the host, but not any dopants therein, and the second emission layer is disposed on the first electrode, and the first emission layer is disposed on the second emission layer.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate including a curved portion and a flat portion; an insulating layer disposed on the substrate; a first organic light emitting diode disposed on the insulating layer and having a first projection; and a second organic light emitting diode having a second projection, wherein a light emission portion is disposed in the curved portion and the flat portion, the first projection overlaps the light emission portion disposed in the curved portion and is asymmetric in the light emission portion, and the second projection overlaps the light emission portion in the flat portion and is symmetric in the light emission portion.
