Abstract: A display device according to an embodiment includes: a first wiring layer disposed on a substrate; a first insulating layer disposed on the first wiring layer and including an inorganic material; a second insulating layer disposed on the first insulating layer, and including an organic material; and a second wiring layer disposed on the second insulating layer and electrically connected to the first wiring layer through a contact hole of the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer. A thickness of the second insulating layer is greater than a thickness of the first insulating layer.
