    Abstract: A display device including a display panel, and an anti-reflection layer on the display panel is provided. The anti-reflection layer includes a plurality of inorganic layers, the plurality of inorganic layers including a plurality of first inorganic layers having a first refractive index, and each including a silicon oxynitride (SiON), and a plurality of second inorganic layers having a second refractive index which is higher than the first refractive index, and each including a silicon oxynitride. Accordingly, it is possible to form an anti-reflection layer structure having low reflectance and high capping properties while being formed through a simple process, so that the display device may have improved durability and visibility.
