Abstract:
A lever-type connector has tubular fitting (13) with an outer regulating wall (20) on a side opposite to a lever accommodating portion (16) across a terminal accommodating portion (10). A receptacle (41) includes an inner regulating wall (44) arranged along the outer regulating wall (20) and a facing wall (45) arranged along the lever accommodating portion (16) and facing the inner regulating wall (44). Regulating protrusions (48) are formed on an inner surface of the inner regulating wall (44). Posture inclination between a female housing (F) and a male housing (M) is regulated by contact of a tip outer edge (44E) of the inner regulating wall (44) and an inner surface of the outer regulating wall (20) and by the contact of a tip outer edge (10E) of the terminal accommodating portion (10) and the regulating protrusions (48).
Abstract:
A lever (30) is supported on a first housing (10) for rotation between an initial position and a connection position. A resiliently deflectable holding arm (35) is formed on a main body (31) of the lever (30) and is configured to be locked to the first housing (10) for holding the lever (30) at the initial position so that the lever (30) does not rotate toward the connection position (connecting direction B). The holding arm (35) is formed with a regulating projection (38). The main body (31) is formed with a stopper (39) configured to regulate a displacement in a hold releasing direction A of separating the holding arm (35) from the first housing (10) by locking the regulating projection (38) when the main body portion (31) is displaced in the connecting direction B with the holding arm (35) locked to the first housing (10).
Abstract:
A retainer (10) is formed from a body (18) and extended portions (11). The body (18) includes two deflectable legs (20) and the legs (20) include locking claws (21) to be held onto a male connector housing (1) at a partial locking position and locking protrusions (22) to be locked to the male terminal fittings (5). A pushing surface (19) of the retainer (10) is extended in a front-back direction by the extended portions (11). A posture correcting portion (23) is formed between the legs (20) and fits into a cut recess (15) of a partition wall (14) to be locked therein when the retainer (10) is at a full locking position, thereby restricting an oblique posture of the retainer (10).
Abstract:
Terminal fittings (110) connected to end parts of wires (200) are inserted into cavities (16) of a housing (11). A seal (60) is arranged on a rear surface side of the housing (11), and a holder (40) is arranged on a rear side of the seal (60). A wire cover (70) is arranged rotatably from an open position to a closed position on a rear side of the holder (40). The wire cover (70) includes cover-side rotation center portions (76). The holder (40) includes holder-side rotation center portions (47) configured to support the cover-side rotation center portions (76) and constituting a center of rotation of the wire cover (70).
Abstract:
A lock arm (33) is arranged on the upper surface of a female connector housing (27), and lock-arm protection walls (37) stand at opposite widthwise sides of the lock arm (33). Detector protection walls (38) are provided behind the lock-arm protection walls (37), and first and second lock receiving portions (43, 44) are formed on the inner surfaces thereof. Two inwardly deflectable locking arms (56) are formed on a detector (39) and locked to the first or second lock receiving portions (43, 44) to restrict a backward movement when the detector (39) is at an initial position and a detecting position. The locking arms (56) are arranged utilizing dead spaces behind the lock-arm protection walls (37).
Abstract:
A female connector (F) includes a retainer (30) to be housed into a mounting hole (14) and selectively mounted, in a housing (10), at a partial locking position for allowing insertion of terminal fittings (50) and a full locking position for locking already inserted terminal fittings (50). A base (33) is at a rear end of the retainer (30) in a mounting direction into the housing (10) and is located outside a mounting hole (14) when the retainer (30) is at the partial locking position. Backlash eliminating portions (21, 22, 41, 42) are formed on the base (33) and in the housing (10) and are configured to restrict a relative displacement of the retainer (30) with respect to the housing (10) when the retainer (30) is at the partial locking position.
Abstract:
A connector (10A) includes a housing (20), a seal member (80) to be arranged in a rear part of the housing (20), a holder (60) configured to prevent the seal (80) from coming out backward by being mounted on the housing 20 from behind the seal (80) and a wire cover (50) to be mounted on the housing (20) from behind the holder (60). The housing (20) includes an erroneous mounting preventing portion (39) configured to regulate the mounting of the holder (60) by interfering with the holder (60) when the holder (60) is mounted in an improper posture. The erroneous mounting preventing portion is configured as a cover lock (39) for fixing the wire cover (50) to the housing (20) by locking the wire cover (50).

Abstract:
A connector (10A) includes a main body (300) with a wire pull-out surface (66) through which wires (100) are pulled out and a wire cover (50)50 mounted on the main body (300). The wire cover (50) includes a back plate (51) and two covering portions (53) projecting from opposite ends of the back plate (51) to face each other and cover the wires (100) from opposite sides. The covering portions (53) have an opening (55) configured to expose parts of the wires (100) when viewed in the facing direction at a position overlapping a formation area of the wire pull-out surface (66). A mounting portion (59) extends from an edge of the opening (55) to the back plate (51) and is configured such that a binding band (75) for fixing the wires (100) is mounted thereon.
Abstract:
A lever-type connector has a female housing (F) with a tubular fitting (13) that includes a lever accommodating portion (15) for accommodating a lever (30) and an inner regulating wall (16) on a side opposite to the lever accommodating portion (15). A male housing (M) has a receptacle (43) with an outer regulating wall (44) facing the inner regulating wall (16), and has a supporting wall (45) facing the lever accommodating portion (15). A cam follower (47) and a regulating protrusion (48) are formed on an outer surface of the supporting wall (45) and can contact the lever (30) by being inserted into an opening (23) of the lever accommodating portion (15). Contact of the regulating protrusion (48) and the lever (30) regulates inclination of the housings (F, M) in the process of rotating the lever (30).
