Abstract: In a computer-implemented method of incentivizing low-loss behaviors, in-home data is received. The in-home data is generated by, or based on information generated by, a device located at a residence of an individual, and is indicative of one or both of (i) a utilization of the device and (ii) a condition monitored by the device. The method also includes determining, based on the received in-home data, an insurance premium adjustment for the individual, and providing an indication of the determined insurance premium adjustment.
