Abstract: To cause a specific device to stay in a specific location. An information processing apparatus includes a control unit. The control unit in the information processing apparatus performs control that transmits a stay request to request a stay in a specific location to a first information processing apparatus included in a plurality of information processing apparatuses in a network in which the plurality of information processing apparatuses perform one-to-one wireless communication to be connected to each other. In addition, the control unit in the information processing apparatus performs control that gives an incentive to the first information processing apparatus under a condition that the first information processing apparatus stays in the specific location.
