An adjustment apparatus (20) for an optical element (12) of an optoelectronic sensor (10) is provided comprising a drive (32), a cam disk (22) rotatable by the drive (32) and a transmission element (26) which is in contact with a periphery of the cam disk (22) and is connected to the optical element (12) in order thus to convert a rotary movement of the cam disk (22) into an adjustment movement of the optical element (12). In this respect, the cam disk (22) is manufactured from metal in an etching technology.

An optical code reader (10) is provided that has a light transmitter (12) having a transmission optics (14) for transmitting a reading beam (16) in a reading region (18); a focus adjustment unit (28) for focusing the reading beam (16) in a distance range; a light receiver (24) for generating a received signal from the reading beam (20) reflected in the reading region (18); and an evaluation unit (26) to read code information from the received signal. In this respect, the focus adjustment unit (28) has a pivot arm (30) that holds the transmission optics (14) at a different distance from the light transmitter (12) in dependence on the pivot position of the pivot arm (30) and that has a moving coil unit (34) to pivot the pivot arm (30).

To achieve a compact construction shape with a long service life, a focus adjustment apparatus for an image detection system is provided which comprises an objective having at least one lens and which comprises a motor device for the positional adjustment of the objective, wherein the lens is provided on a movable lens holder, wherein the movable lens holder is connected to a threaded unit of the motor device via a support unit provided in the movable lens holder such that the support unit can be rolled with the lens holder along a main axis of the threaded unit in accordance with a rotation of the threaded unit and such that an axis of rotation of the support unit is directed perpendicular to the main axis of the threaded unit.

An apparatus (10) for deflecting and for widening a visible range of a camera (24) is provided, wherein the apparatus (10) has a first mirror element (12) which is tilted with respect to the optical axis of the camera (24) in a longitudinal direction in order to supply light to the camera (24) from a visible range lying laterally with respect to the optical axis. In this connection the first mirror element (12) is additionally tilted in a transverse direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and the apparatus has a second mirror element (14) besides the first mirror element (12) which is tilted in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction with respect to the first mirror element (12).
