    摘要： A medicament container holder is presented having a body designed to accommodate at least a part of a medicament container and is arranged with a medicament delivery member surrounded by a needle shield; a holding element arranged at a proximal end of the body for holding a neck portion of the medicament container. The holding element being flexible in generally radial directions and support elements provided between the holding element and the body, where the support elements allow generally outwardly movement of the holding element from a first initial position during passing of the needle shield when the medicament container is placed in the medicament container holder, ensuring inwardly movement of the holding element after passing of the needle shield, returning the holding element towards the first initial position to a second position, and promoting generally inwardly action of the holding element to a third position during attachment of a needle shield remover to the needle shield.
