摘要: A pixel is divided into a first subpixel and a second subpixel. A first data signal is input to a first drive unit that drives a first light-emitting element constituting the first subpixel, and a second data signal is input to a second drive unit that drives a second light-emitting element constituting the second subpixel. A gray scale value of the first data signal is smaller than a gray scale value of the second data signal.

摘要: For a purpose of simplifying a structure of a light-emitting element while maintaining luminous efficiency of the light-emitting element, the present invention provides a light-emitting element including: a cathode electrode; an anode electrode; a light-emitting layer between the cathode electrode and the anode electrode; an electron transport layer between the light-emitting layer and the cathode electrode; and a hole transport layer between the light-emitting layer and the anode electrode. The light-emitting element further includes a plurality of subpixels for each light emission wavelength of the light-emitting layer, the light-emitting layer and the electron transport layer for each of the plurality of subpixels, and the hole transport layer common to at least the plurality of subpixels.

摘要: An inspection circuit in a display device includes: a measuring circuit configured to sweep a voltage to the display device and to measure a current value that flows in a light-emitting element in response to a voltage value applied; a computation circuit configured to compute a first derivative value of the current value with respect to the voltage value, the first derivative value representing voltage dependence of a first derivative of the current value; a peak determination circuit configured to determine a peak of the first derivative value; and a processing circuit configured to process the light-emitting element based on a result of the determination by the peak determination circuit.
