摘要： A plant for processing capsules for preparing beverages includes at least one rail along which a plurality of processing stations is arranged for the capsules, in each of which on each capsule preset processing is performed, in which conveying elements, each of which conveys a capsule, are movable along the rail, each conveying element being movable along the rail independently of the other conveying elements. A method for processing capsules for preparing beverages, in a processing plant for processing capsules for beverages including at least one rail along which a plurality of processing stations is arranged for the capsules, in each of which on each capsule preset processing is performed, wherein conveying elements, each of which conveys a capsule, are movable along the rail the movement speed of each conveying element is adjustable independently of the movement speed of the other conveying elements and the gap between two adjacent conveying elements, during the motion of the conveying elements, can be adjusted independently of the gap between other conveying elements that are adjacent to one another.

摘要： A capsule includes a deformable and/or compressible casing provided with a base wall and a side wall defining a cavity suitable for containing an initial product to be combined with a fluid to make a final product. The deformable base wall is provided with an outlet passage for the outflow and dispensing of the final product, and when the casing is compressed and/or crushed, it changes from an initial configuration to a final configuration. The capsule further includes a closing device inside the cavity, substantially facing and adjacent to the base wall and provided with a closing portion arranged inside the cavity for engaging and closing the outlet passage in the initial configuration of the base wall, and for disengaging and opening the outlet passage, so as to dispense the final product through the outlet passage in the final configuration of the base wall.

The capsule further includes a cover element fixed to the edge to close the cavity hermetically, which is perforable by an extracting means of a dispensing machine in which said capsule is usable. The casing is made by forming a sheet of thermoformable plastic material and the edge includes a sealing element including at least one protrusion facing the base wall which is also obtainable by forming the sheet material that defines at least one further cavity which opens upwards in a direction opposite said base wall and has a bottom with a thickness comprised between 0.15 mm and 0.90 mm. The cover element has dimensions so as to cover only partially the edge.
