    摘要: A circular textile knitting machine includes a drive chain for each needle inserted in a respective longitudinal groove, located below a respective needle and operatively interposed between the respective needle and actuating cams. The drive chain includes a sub-needle arranged below the needle and engaged with the needle to be axially moved in the respective longitudinal groove together with the needle. The sub-needle includes a movable butt radially movable between an operating position, in which it is extracted to be engaged with respective first paths defined by first actuating cams and cause activation of the needle, and a non-operating position, in which it is retracted to not be engaged with the first paths. A selector is partly located below the sub-needle and partly alongside the sub-needle and is configured for oscillating between an active position, in which it pushes the movable butt into the operating position, and a rest position, in which it allows the movable butt to return into the non-operating position. The selector is axially uncoupled from the sub-needle and from the needle in a manner such that the needle and the sub-needle are never pushed or pulled axially by the selector. A selecting device acts upon command on the selectors so as to cause the passage thereof into the active position.

    摘要: A circular knitting machine for knitted or hosiery items includes a supporting structure; a needle-holding cylinder rotatable around an axis of rotation and supporting a plurality of cylinder needles that are movable for producing a knitted fabric; a dial assembly, arranged above the cylinder and comprising a needle-holding plate rotating around the axis of rotation and supporting a plurality of plate needles that are movable for producing a knitted fabric. The machine includes motion generation elements, in order to rotate the needle-holding cylinder around the axis of rotation, and motion transmission elements configured for forming a motion transmission chain capable of transmitting to the plate, synchronously with respect to the cylinder, the rotation generated by the motion generation elements. The motion transmission elements include a first toothed wheel, receiving the rotary motion of the motion generation elements; a second toothed wheel, mounted coaxially with the needle-holding plate; an offset device, located between the first and the second toothed wheel and comprising an inlet gear, engaged with the first toothed wheel, and an outlet gear, engaged with the second toothed wheel. The inlet and outlet gears are mounted coaxially with one another and are translatable by an actuator, so as to change the engagement of the inlet gear with the first toothed wheel and/or the engagement of the outlet gear with the second toothed wheel.

    摘要: A process for manufacturing a tubular knitted item (1) with intarsia design, comprising the steps of: programming a circular weft knitting machine for intarsia design by defining a tubular intarsia knitted item (1) to be manufactured, extending longitudinally between a first end (2) and a second end (3) and consisting of a plurality of knitted courses following one another; wherein the programming step comprises the steps of: defining a turning position (4), which divides the tubular item into a first fabric (5) and a second fabric (6), wherein the tubular item is configured for being manipulated so as to be at least partially turned over itself, by folding it in the turning position so that the second fabric overlaps the first fabric in order to obtain a double fabric item; defining at least one first area (10) of the first fabric, delimited by a needle section and by a number of successive courses of the area, and having a desired shape; defining at least one first counter-area (20) of the second fabric, delimited by a needle section and by a number of successive courses of the area, in which the first counter-area has a respective shape; producing intarsia knitted fabric so as to manufacture the tubular knitted item according to the programming step; wherein the first area (10) is manufactured according to a first knitted structure and the first counter-area (20) is manufactured according to a second knitted structure.

The method includes the steps of loading a knitted article onto a loading form, wrapping at least an end portion of the knitted article so that an open end thereof is accessible, loading a fabric strip onto loading members, and wrapping it thereon so that a first welt is accessible. Additionally, the method includes mutually positioning the loading form and the loading members by aligning the loading form with respect to the loading members, introducing the loading form into an inner space of the loading members so that the fabric strip surrounds outside the end portion of the knitted article, and letting the first welt overlap and match the open border.

    摘要: A circular knitting machine for knitted items, comprising: a supporting structure; a needle-holding cylinder selectively turnable and provided with a plurality of cylinder needles; and a dial assembly. The dial assembly includes a supporting ring integral with the supporting structure; a needle-holding plate turnably mounted to the supporting ring; a plurality of plate needles; a plurality of control cams which interact with the plate needles to transmit to them a radial movement inside the respective sliding seat, wherein the control cams globally form a cam profile. The dial assembly includes a stitch cam placed movably on the supporting ring and interacting with the plate needles in a given angular sector during the rotation of the needle-holding plate, so as to transmit to the plate needles a motion of return for executing stitch formation. The stitch cam is selectively movable with respect to the cam profile.
