Abstract: An electronic apparatus includes a communication interface configured to communicatively couple with a wireless network, a memory storing one or more instructions, and one or more processors communicatively coupled with the communication interface and the memory, and configured to control the electronic apparatus. The one or more processors are further configured to execute the one or more instructions to identify a frame refresh rate of a variable refresh rate (VRR) video signal, acquire a compressed video stream corresponding to the VRR video signal by inserting information of the frame refresh rate into at least one of a tail area or a header area of a video stream, and transmit, to an external device through the wireless network, the compressed video stream.
