Abstract: An electronic device according to various embodiments may include: a memory, a display, and a processor, and the processor may be configured to: based on identification of insertion of a text-linked first object during display of text on the display, convert the first object into a text type, and based on a layout of the text displayed on the display being changed according to editing of the text, control the display to display the first object to a changed position corresponding to the changed layout of the text.
