Abstract: A timing controller according to an embodiment includes a non-volatile memory configured to store pulse data including information about at least one of information about the number of toggling of each signal in a plurality of horizontal periods, information about a logic level, and information about a period corresponding to the logic level, and a pulse generator configured to generate control signals corresponding to the plurality of horizontal periods based on the pulse data.
