Abstract: According to various embodiments, an electronic device may comprise: a memory, at least one antenna module comprising at least one antenna, and at least one communication processor. The at least one communication processor may be configured to: control the electronic device to perform a call by voice communication connection through a second communication network, in response to receiving a first call request, based on identifying that the call is disconnected, identify information related to a call disconnected cause, based on identifying that the identified information related to the call disconnected cause corresponds to a designated condition, start a timer for deferring connection to a first communication network, and in response to receiving a second call request before the timer expires, control the electronic device to perform a voice communication connection through the second communication network currently connected the electronic device.

The at least one operation include performing, by the electronic device, a first scan for a first part of a plurality of frequencies for non-terrestrial networks (NTN) communication by using a first radio frequency (RF) path of the electronic device corresponding to a first subscriber identity module (SIM) capable of being used by the one or more processors, while the first scan is being performed, performing, by the electronic device, a second scan for a second part of the plurality of frequencies for the NTN communication by using a second RF path of the electronic device corresponding to a second SIM capable of being used by the one or more processors, the second part at least including frequencies different from the first part, and performing, by the electronic device using the first SIM, at least one operation for accessing a cell identified by the second scan.

Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic device including a sound receiving circuit, a communication circuit, a processor, and a memory. The memory may store one or more instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to control the electronic device to: make a packet based call with an external electronic device using the communication circuit, to obtain communication environment information of the electronic device, to determine a change in a bitrate of the packet based call based on the obtained communication environment information, to identify whether a voice is received through the sound receiving circuit, and to change the bitrate of the packet based call from a first bitrate to a second bitrate based on a silent section in which the voice is not received through the sound receiving circuit being identified.

Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic device including: a housing; a wireless communication circuit disposed within the housing and configured to transmit and/or receive at least one Radio Frequency (RF) signal; a plurality of antennas disposed within the housing and/or as part of the housing and electrically connected to the wireless communication circuit; at least one processor operationally connected to the wireless communication circuit; and a memory operationally connected to the at least one processor, wherein the memory is configured to store a lookup table including a first set of antenna-tuning modes for the plurality of antennas and a second set of antenna-tuning modes for the plurality of antennas and instructions which, when executed by the processor, control the electronic device to: control the wireless communication circuit to use a first antenna-tuning mode of the first set or antenna-tuning modes based on carrier aggregation for wireless communication being deactivated, control the wireless communication circuit to use a second antenna-tuning mode of the second set of antenna-tuning modes based on the carrier aggregation being activated, and control the wireless communication circuit to use a third antenna-tuning mode of the first set of antenna-tuning modes during a voice call event.
