    Abstract: An electronic apparatus is provided. The electronic apparatus includes a signal receiver configured to receive a first wireless signal; a signal transmitter configured to output a second wireless signal; and a processor configured to: identify an external apparatus based on an input key indicated by the first wireless signal as the first wireless signal is repeatedly received through the signal receiver; identify the second wireless signal based on the input key and the external apparatus; and control the signal transmitter to repeatedly output the second wireless signal while the first wireless signal is repeatedly received. Each of the first wireless signal and the second wireless signal alternately comprises a signal section corresponding to the input key and an idle section, and the processor is further configured to control the signal transmitter to output the second wireless signal during the idle section of the first wireless signal.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes: a display configured to display an image; a first transmitter configured to transmit a first wireless signal to an external device; a second transmitter configured to transmit a second wireless signal having a same period as the first wireless signal transmitted by the first transmitter to the external device; a signal receiver configured to receive the first wireless signal and the second wireless signal; and a processor configured to identify a time difference between the signal receiver receiving the first wireless signal and the signal receiver receiving the second wireless signal, and control the first transmitter to transmit, to the external device, the first wireless signal that is compensated based on the identified time difference, or control the second transmitter to transmit, to the external device, the second wireless signal that is compensated based on the identified time difference.

    Abstract: Provided are a wafer cleaning device and a method of optimizing the same. The wafer cleaning device includes an upper nozzle configured to spray a cleaning solution onto a front surface of a wafer, a spin chuck provided below the wafer to rotate the wafer and configured to heat a central region of the wafer, and a plurality of lower nozzles provided below the wafer to spray a temperature control liquid having a higher temperature than the cleaning solution onto a rear surface of the wafer, the plurality of lower nozzles configured to heat an outer region of the wafer that surrounds the central region of the wafer. A temperature gradient formed by the spin chuck and the plurality of lower nozzles causes a cleaning solution to flow in a cleaning solution layer on the front surface of the wafer.
