Abstract:
A medical imaging apparatus includes: an output unit configured to display a magnetic resonance (MR) image matrix in which MR images, obtained by performing magnetic resonance imaging on a heart, are arranged in columns and rows; and an image processor configured to display at least one first indicator which indicates a column of the MR image matrix corresponding to at least one of end diastole and end systole and display at least one second indicator which indicates a row of the MR image matrix corresponding to at least one of an apex and a base of the heart, wherein the columns of the MR image matrix are arranged according to time when MR images included in the columns are captured, and the rows of the MR image matrix are arranged according to a position on a longitudinal axis of the heart corresponding to MR images included in the rows.
Abstract:
Provided is a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) apparatus including: a display configured to display a three-dimensional (3D) image on an inner wall of a bore within a gantry; a head coil comprising at least one opening formed at a region that corresponds to eyes of a target object and an optical element disposed in the at least one opening; and a controller configured to adjust a perspective of the 3D image based on an input received from the target object or an input received from a user.
Abstract:
A pulse verifying apparatus including a user input unit, which obtains a set value of a parameter for determining a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) pulse sequence; a control unit, which compares the set value of the parameter to a critical value of the parameter and, based on a result of the comparison, determines whether an error occurred with respect to the parameter; and a display unit, which, if an error occurred with respect to the parameter, displays information regarding the error on a pulse sequence diagram corresponding to a MRI pulse sequence generated based on the set value of the parameter.
Abstract:
A method for providing a UI for medical imaging of an object includes: generating UIs respectively corresponding to processes for imaging the object; determining a display order of the UIs; receiving a UI completion input of the medical professional regarding the first UI; and displaying the second UI in response to the receiving the UI completion input. The UIs corresponding to the processes for imaging the object may be automatically provided to the medical professional, based on the order.
Abstract:
An induction heating type fusing device and an image forming apparatus including the fusing device. The fusing device includes a magnetic flux generator and a compressing roller outside a fusing belt, first and second fusing rollers and a nip guide inside the fusing belt. The compressing roller compresses against the first and second fusing rollers and the nip guide to form nips, while the fusing belt is disposed between the compressing roller and the first and second fusing rollers and the nip guide.
Abstract:
An induction heating fusing device and method of an image forming apparatus including: a pressure roller; a heating element that forms a fusing nip together with the pressure roller and is rotatable; an inductor that is installed in a rotation axis direction on the outer circumference surface of the heating element, includes a main coil and a plurality of control coils located on the main coil, and inductively heats the heating element; and a controller that selectively drives at least one of the plurality of control coils depending on the width of a printing paper passing though the fusing nip, and controls the main coil and the plurality of control coils so that a current direction of the main coil and a current direction of the plurality of control coils become the same as or opposite to each other depending on the width of the printing paper.
