Abstract: A display apparatus including a first conductive layer; a first insulating layer including a first opening exposing a first upper surface of the first conductive layer and covering at least a part of an upper edge of the first conductive layer, wherein the first upper surface of the first conductive layer includes a center portion of an upper surface of the first conductive layer; a second conductive layer on a part of the first upper surface of the first conductive layer and on the first insulating layer; and a second insulating layer including a second opening exposing a second upper surface of the second conductive layer and covering a part of an upper edge of the second conductive layer, wherein the second upper surface of the second conductive layer includes a center portion of the upper surface of the second conductive layer and the second opening has an area that is less than that of the first opening.

Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate including a first area, a second area, and a bending portion between the first area and the second area; a pixel at the first area of the substrate; a terminal at the second area of the substrate; a first conductive line on the bending portion of the substrate and extending from the first area to the second area; a first organic layer on the first conductive line; a second inorganic layer on the first organic layer in an area other than the bending portion; and a second conductive line on the first organic layer and the second inorganic layer and overlapping the first conductive line to extend from the first area to the second area. The first conductive line and the second conductive line contact each other in at least one of the first area and the second area.
