Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels, a first driving circuit configured to operate to display an image through the plurality of pixels, and a shutter panel including a plurality of shutter pixels and configured to be periodically refreshed. The first driving circuit is operated to display a second image corresponding to a second image signal through the display panel when a difference in brightness between a first image signal of a present frame and the second image signal of a previous frame is greater than a predetermined level and to display a first image corresponding to the first image signal through the display panel when the shutter panel is refreshed.
