    Abstract: A display device including a first substrate including a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area, a second substrate disposed on the first substrate, a display element layer disposed on the second substrate and overlapping the display area, a first encapsulation layer disposed on the display element layer, overlapping the non-display area, and including an inorganic material, and a second encapsulation layer disposed on the first encapsulation layer, including a concavo-convex structure, and including an inorganic material. The first substrate includes a first surface overlapping an edge portion of the first substrate and facing the second substrate, and a first inclined surface extended to the first surface. An inclination angle formed by the first surface and the first inclined surface is an obtuse angle, and the first inclined surface overlaps the second encapsulation layer in a direction perpendicular to the first substrate.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a first substrate comprising a first surface and a second surface facing each other and having a rigid material; a second substrate on the first surface of the first substrate and having a flexible material; and a display layer on the second substrate and comprising at least one inorganic film and a plurality of light-emitting elements, wherein the first substrate, at an edge of a bending area where the second substrate is bent, further includes: a first side surface between the first surface and the second surface; and a first inclined surface between the first surface and the first side surface, and the at least one inorganic film does not overlap with the first inclined surface.

    Abstract: A light emitting device may include: a substrate including emission areas; a first electrode disposed on the substrate, and a second electrode spaced apart from the first electrode; at least one light emitting element disposed on the substrate, and including a first end and a second end; an insulating layer disposed on the light emitting element and allowing the first and second ends of the light emitting element to be exposed; a first contact electrode electrically connecting the first electrode with the first end of the light emitting element; a second contact electrode electrically connecting the second electrode with the second end of the light emitting element; and a passivation pattern disposed on each of the first and second contact electrodes. The first and second contact electrodes may be disposed on the insulating layer and spaced apart from each other and may be electrically separated from each other.
