Abstract: A touch screen panel includes a touch substrate, and a sensing electrode on the touch substrate, the sensing electrode recognizing a touch of a user and having a first sensing insulation layer on the touch substrate, the first sensing insulation layer having a first refractive index, a second sensing insulation layer on the first sensing insulation layer, the second sensing insulation layer having a second refractive index lower than the first refractive index, and the second sensing insulation layer including metal, and a sensing transparent conductive layer on the second sensing insulation layer.
