An apparatus for blow-molding plastic containers includes at least one blow-molding station which defines at least one molding cavity which extends around a main axis of extension and further includes at least two lateral bodies and a respective bottom for each molding cavity that is defined by the blow-molding station. The bottom defines a recessed central portion, which is arranged around the main axis of extension, and a lateral containment portion, which has petal-shaped regions which have a substantially radial extension.

A plant for manufacturing and printing cup-shaped bodies having an apparatus for manufacturing cup-shaped bodies that includes at least one portion made of plastics and a device for positioning the cup-shaped bodies manufactured by the apparatus on a transfer device that can move along a longitudinal transfer direction. The cup-shaped bodies rest with their lower edge on a resting surface that is defined by the transfer device with its concavity directed toward the resting surface. The plant includes, along the extension of the longitudinal transfer direction, a device for the digital printing of the cup-shaped bodies, and a component for controlling the position of the top edge of the cup-shaped bodies on the resting surface, the component being connected to the digital printing device.

The blow-molding station includes two lateral bodies and, for each forming cavity defined by the blow-molding station, a bottom. The bottom includes an external body of the bottom that defines an annular portion that extends around the axis of extension of the respective forming cavity, and an internal body that can be accommodated at least partially inside the annular portion, between the external lateral surface of the internal body and the internal surface of the annular portion there being at least one air evacuation opening that extends around the axis of extension and is connected to first air evacuation elements. The internal body is adjustably movable on command with respect to the annular portion along the axis of extension.

An apparatus for the production and filling of food containers includes at least one device for forming a sheet made of polymeric material to provide accommodation receptacles which have at least one access opening, at least one filling unit adapted to fill, through the access opening, the accommodation receptacles with at least one type of food, and at least one sealing unit to seal the access opening with a closure film. The apparatus includes at least one device for removing portions, and at least one laser emitter for providing a weakening portion at a respective connecting edge between adjacent accommodation receptacles. A method for the production and filling of containers designed to contain food, includes the steps of shaping a sheet made of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) in order to provide accommodation receptacles provided with at least one access inlet; filling, through the access inlet, the accommodation receptacles with at least one food; sealing the access inlet using a closure film; and providing a weakened portion at a connecting edge between at least two adjacent accommodation receptacles. The final degree of crystallinity at the weakened portion is lower than, equal to, or greater than, at most by a percentage equal to 3%, the degree of crystallinity of portions of the connecting edge not affected by modifications occurring as a consequence of the step of emission of laser radiation and of the sealing step.

An apparatus for heating preforms made of thermoplastic material includes a conveyance device for preforms having a longitudinal axis of extension intended to move the preforms along a predefined path. The apparatus further includes a heating component arranged along at least one portion of the predefined path. The heating component includes at least one heating element and at least one front reflective element, which are mutually opposite with respect to the predefined path in order to form between them a transit tunnel for the preforms. The heating element includes IR (Infra-Red) and/or NIR (Near-Infra-Red) lamps. The front reflective element includes at least one contoured plate-like body in order to form, in the direction of extension of the predefined path, an alternation of closer portions and spaced portions with respect to the predefined path that is extended substantially parallel to the axes of extension of the preforms.
