A hand tool machine includes a tool receiving device configured to receive an application tool. The tool receiving device is allocated a mechanically actuated locking element in order to lock the application tool in the tool receiving device. The hand tool machine also includes an electric actuator system configured to mechanically actuate the locking element.

A hand-guided semiautonomous jigsaw includes a tool receiver and an electronic control unit. The tool receiver is configured to receive a saw blade having a cutting edge for sawing along a predefined reference cutting line on an assigned workpiece. An electromechanical actuator is configured to swivel the tool receiver within a predefined angular range about a swivel axis coincident with a rotation axis of the saw blade in response to a signal from an assigned optoelectronic mechanism in order to automatically align the saw blade when sawing along the predefined reference cutting line. The electronic control unit is configured to compensate a parallel distance between the cutting edge and the rotation axis of the saw blade during sawing.

A portable power tool actuating element for a jigsaw includes a bar-shaped handle that is intended to provide, at least indirectly, an on and off function for the power tool drive unit that drives at least one tool. A tool speed, in particular a tool stroke rate, is regulatable by the at least one portable power tool actuating element. A jigsaw includes the portable power tool actuating element. A method is provided for operating such a jigsaw.
