    摘要: By implementing a sequence control in a numerical control, tool-related machining operations and position elements are executed depending on the technology-dependent sequence in the machining program so that all cycles of a machining operation are selected consecutively as modal cycles, with all cycles being selected consecutively for a position element for each cycle for a machining operation, and the respective operation being executed at the position of the respective position element prior to the following cycle being selected as a modal cycle for an operation. Thus unnecessary tool changes are avoided and therefore machining productivity is increased.

    摘要: A light grid which has a housing made from an extruded profile. An electronic component plate is movably insertable into the interior of the housing and carries the optical components of an emitter unit or a receiver unit, respectively. The housing has a support plate and an intermediate web which connect spaced-apart side walls of the profile and include openings. The support plate also has openings into which corresponding optical function elements are inserted. The openings in the intermediate webs serve as apertures. To precisely align the component plate with the optoelectronic components thereon relative to the housing, positioning pins are inserted through openings in the support plate and the intermediate web and which further engage locating holes in the component plate.

    摘要: A housing for use with light barriers which is made from a hollow profile and which has open ends closed by end caps. A transverse web on the inside of the housing has a borehole which is aligned with a corresponding borehole in a flange that extends inwardly into the housing from an inside of the end cap(s). A locking pin can be inserted from a longitudinal side of the housing and is seated in the boreholes, thereby securing the end cap to the housing. The longitudinal side of the housing is preferably the light exit and/or entry side for light of the light barrier and overlies the locking pin. The locking pin is dimensioned so that a light-transparent cover placed over the housing opening keeps the locking pin in its locking position.

    摘要: A method of determining geometric parameters of a wafer (16) is disclosed. For this purpose, the wafer (16) is inserted in a wafer holder (30). The wafer holder (30) is equipped with at least three mechanical contacting elements (22). The wafer is in mechanical contact with the contacting elements (22). The contacting elements (22) are distributed on the wafer holder (30) in such a way that they define a geometric figure which is configured such that the center point (40) of the wafer (16) comes to lie within the geometric figure. The position of each contacting element (22) is determined. Each desired geometric parameter of the wafer (16) is then calculated from the position of the contacting elements (22).
