    Abstract: An apparatus may comprise a component for communicating using a first RAT and another component for communicating using a second RAT. Overlapping communication using the two RATs may cause problems for proper reception at the apparatus. The apparatus may detect that transmission or reception of a first packet using a first RAT will overlap in time with reception of a second packet using a second RAT. The apparatus prioritizes the first packet or the second packet based at least on a relative priority of the first packet and the second packet.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) transmission associated with a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) grant. The UE may transmit an indication of a removal of a resource associated with the SPS grant, wherein the removal of the resource is based at least in part on a signal power associated with the PSFCH transmission satisfying a signal power threshold.     Abstract: A method of wireless communication at a UE is described herein. The method includes transmitting a sensing report including (1) a first indication of at least one radio frequency (RF) measurement associated with at least one BPL and (2) a second indication of a representation of an environment of the UE. The method includes obtaining an RF map based on the transmitted sensing report, where the RF map is indicative of at least one surface in the environment of the UE that is associated with at least one suitable BPL.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) and a base station may establish communications using a first radio access technology (RAT). The first UE may receive control signaling indicating a configuration for a coexistence of resources between the first RAT and a second RAT, the coexistence of resources indicating an initial quantity of UEs in a system that use the first RAT or the second RAT. During a measurement period, the first UE may measure a control channel (e.g., a sidelink control channel) of the second RAT and determine an initial partition of the resources. The initial partition of the resources may indicate a quantity of resources to be used for transmissions by the first UE and the second UE. For example, a first group of the initial partition of the resources may be associated with the second RAT.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Aspects of the disclosure provide techniques for wireless devices utilizing wireless communications systems to perform radar operations to leverage challenges within radar signaling to detect one or more adverse parties attempting to spoof one or more radar signals. For example, a base station may transmit, to one or more vehicles, a message including an indication of a challenge type, when the challenge is to be applied, or both. Based on the challenge, one or more vehicles may detect that a device associated with the adverse party is not following the challenge as dictated in the message. Based on the detection, the one or more vehicles may report, to the base station, the detection of an adverse party attempting to spoof radars within the wireless communications system.

The techniques can include selecting a set of anchor user equipments (UEs) for a sidelink positioning of a target UE, determining that the set of anchor UEs is collinear, and responsive to the determination that the set of anchor UEs is collinear, initiating a collinear anchor positioning procedure including determining an estimated location of the target UE based on positioning measurements associated with the set of anchor UEs, generating a location report including the estimated location of the target UE, wherein the location report includes an indication that the estimated location is based on collinear anchor positioning measurements, and providing the location report to a location requesting entity.
