Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for a wireless communication device having a first Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) and a second SIM to manage communication via the first SIM and the second SIM, the method includes, but not limited to, registering the first subscription to a first Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN), wherein the first PLMN is associated with at least one parameter, identifying a second PLMN for the second subscription based on the at least one parameter, and registering the second subscription to the second PLMN.
