Abstract: Disclosed are methods and systems for sending a transcript of a voice conversation during telecommunication. In an aspect, a first user device participating in a voice call with at least a second user device, receives voice data from a user of the first user device, converts the voice data from the user of the first user device into a speech-to-text transcript of the voice data, transmits the voice data to the second user device on a first channel, and transmits the speech-to-text transcript of the voice data to the second user device on a second channel.
