Abstract: Examples described herein relate to managing communications on a first subscription and a second subscription of a multi-Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) wireless communication device via a Radio Frequency (RF) resource, including, but not limited to, tuning the RF resource away from the second subscription to the first subscription, detecting a network-set activation state of a secondary cell associated with the first subscription, and adjusting the activation state of the secondary cell based on the network-set activation state.
