摘要： Formulations for extraction and stabilization of G-Protein Coupled Receptors (GPCRs), kits and methods for their use for extracting GPCRs from biological specimens (e.g., cells and tissues), and methods for making such formulations in bulk scale are described. GPCRs extracted from cells and tissues using the described formulations remain in a functional, solubilized form over extended time periods.
