Abstract: An accessory holder for securing an accessory (such as a light strip) on a structure comprises a rail and a cap. The rail comprises a planar portion and two surfaces extending from the planar portion. The cap comprises an attachment portion and a cover. The accessory is held within a compartment defined by the planar portion, the two surfaces, and the cover. The attachment portion attaches the cap to the rail by engaging with ridges located on the interior faces of the surfaces.
