Abstract: A projection method, which is executed by a projection device, for projecting drawing data for a building onto a projection plane of the building under construction includes: measuring a distance from each of three or more points which are not aligned in a straight line and are on either of two non-parallel straight lines on the projection plane to the projection device using a distance meter included in the projection device; and projecting the drawing data onto a projection position on the projection plane which is determined based on the distance measured and the angle of the distance meter at the time at which the distance is measured.

Abstract: A moving-body lighting device includes: a first light source; a second light source that is disposed forward of the first light source and emits light forward; a reflector in a shape of a segment of a spheroid, and that reflects the light emitted by the first light source; a projection lens that receives the light emitted by the first light source and reflected by the reflector; and a shade disposed between the second light source and the projection lens, proximate a second focal point. The projection lens includes a first lens region that receives the light emitted by the first light source and reflected by the reflector, and a second lens region that receives the light emitted by the second light source. The major axis of the spheroid is oblique to a horizontal axis.

Abstract: An illuminating device according to the present disclosure is of a reflective type and uses a laser beam. The illuminating device includes: a laser element that emits a laser beam; an optical fiber that transmits the laser beam emitted by the laser element; a phosphor layer that converts a wavelength of light incident on one of surfaces and emits the light through the one of the surfaces; and an optical component that causes reflected light of the laser beam transmitted through the optical fiber to be incident on the one of the surfaces of the phosphor layer. With the illuminating device, an intensity distribution of the light incident on the one of the surfaces of the phosphor layer is sparse at a central region.

Abstract: A projection device according to an aspect of the present invention is a projection device for use at a construction site, and includes: a projector that projects an image onto a projection plane; a distance meter that measures a distance to the projection plane; a rotation driver that rotates the projector and the distance meter; an angle sensor that measures a rotation angle of the rotation driver; and a data processor that corrects the image that is projected from the projector. At least one of the distance meter or the projector is offset from a center line of a rotation axis of the rotation driver. The data processor corrects the image by using the distance measured by the distance meter and the rotation angle measured by the angle sensor.

Abstract: A projection system includes a projection device that projects drawings individually onto a plurality of work spots in a work site. The projection device includes a driver that changes an orientation of the projection device. When drawings are individually projected onto a first work spot and a second work spot in a stated sequence, and the second work spot is outside a projection angle that is projectable by the projection device, the driver changes the orientation of the projection device to include the second work spot within the projection angle after work at the first work spot is finished. The first work spot and the second work spot are included in the plurality of work spots.
