Abstract:
A light source unit includes a light-emitting device to be attached to a vehicle together with an image capturing device, and the light-emitting device emits near infrared light to a road in a lateral area of vehicle and a road in at least one of the front area or the rear area of the vehicle.
Abstract:
Even in a case where an external camera image-captures a door of a car, with high precision, it can be set to be determined whether or not a foreign substance inserted into the door is present. A monitoring apparatus acquires a camera image that results from a camera image-capturing the vicinity of a door of a car using an external camera, from a camera. A processor of the monitoring apparatus detects the door from the camera image, sets a determination area based on a position of the detected door, acquires an image of the determination area from the camera image, determines whether or not a foreign substance inserted into the door is present, based on the image of the determination area, and performs report outputting to a monitor and a reporting apparatus according to a result of the determination.
Abstract:
An alarm issuing time according to the degree of suspiciousness or danger of an unattended object is controlled. Unattended object monitoring apparatus is configured to include image acquisition unit that acquires a captured image of an monitoring area imaged by imaging apparatus, object tracker that detects an object appearing in the monitoring area from the captured image and tracks between the captured images for each detected object, unattended object detector that detects an object not displaced beyond a predetermined time as an unattended object based on a tracking result for each detected object by the object tracker, unattended object type determination unit that determines a type of the detected unattended object, alarm issuing time controller that controls an alarm issuing time from the time when an unattended object is detected to the time when an alarm is issued based on the determined type of the unattended object.
Abstract:
It is possible to provide a user with progress information of an unattended object after the appearance in a monitoring area. An unattended object monitoring device is configured to include an image acquirer that acquires a captured image of the monitoring area imaged by the imaging device, an object tracker that detects an object appearing in the monitoring area from the captured image and tracks between the captured images for each appearing object, an unattended object detector that detects an appearing object not displaced beyond a predetermined time as an unattended object based on a tracking result for each appearing object, a progress information generator that generates progress information of the unattended object after the appearance in monitoring area based on the tracking result for each appearing object, and a notification image generator that generates notification image by superimposing the progress information on the captured image.
Abstract:
A video processing device includes: an object detector configured to detect an object included in a video so that a type of the object can be identified; an event detector configured to detect a focusing event which occurs to the detected object; a masking target setter configured to simultaneously set all objects of a selected type as masking targets, and to exclude from the masking targets, one or more objects to which occurrence of the selected focusing event has been detected by the event detector; and a masking process controller configured to generate a masking-processed video in which each video area which corresponds to the object set as the masking target by the masking target setter, has been changed to a masking image.
Abstract:
A person counting device according to embodiments of the present invention counts the number of persons passing through a doorway based on an imaged image in which the surroundings of the doorway are imaged. The person counting device includes a moving line acquirer that acquires a moving line for each person detected from the imaged image, a person counter that counts the persons that have passed through the doorway based on the moving line, and a display information generator that generates display information which represents the number of persons that have passed through the doorway based on the counting results of the person counter. The person counter detects an interruption of the moving line in the vicinity of the doorway, determines a similarity between the background image of the doorway and the person image, and includes a deemed counter that deems that the person has passed through the doorway.
Abstract:
Provided is a monitoring system configured such that, even when there is a deviation of a shooting region of a camera, if the deviation is within an acceptable level, an accurate vehicle detection using a recognition model can be performed without readjusting parameters or re-training the model. Based on an image of a no-entry zone and a platform zone, a processor performs a first operation for detecting a person in the no-entry zone and a second operation for detecting a vehicle in the no-entry zone; and based on detection results, determines whether an alert needs to be issued. When there is a deviation of the shooting region of a camera, the processor performs a conversion operation for converting an image of a current shooting region to an image that would be captured by the camera with an original shooting region and uses the converted image for the two detection operations.
Abstract:
Provided is an unattended object monitoring device for detecting an unattended object in a monitoring area and issuing an alarm therefor, while excluding a detected object for which issuance of an alarm is unnecessary from alarm target objects for which alarms are issued. An unattended object monitoring device is configured to: detect an object appearing in a monitoring area from images of the area captured by an image pickup device to track each detected object between the captured images; detect, as an unattended object, an object that does not move for more than a predetermined time based on a tracking result; determine if the detected unattended object is present in a mask area preset in the monitoring area; and exclude the detected unattended object which is present in the mask area from alarm target objects for which alarms are issued.
Abstract:
In addition to reliably protecting the privacy of individuals, it is possible to display a monitoring image from which a congested situation in a facility may be intuitively grasped. The monitoring device of the present disclosure includes first processing unit that performs image processing for reducing identifiability of an object appearing in a captured image on the captured image captured by imaging unit, second processing unit that detects a moving object from the captured image to generate a mask image corresponding to the image area of the moving object, and image output controller that generates and outputs the monitoring image on which the mask image generated by second processing unit is superimposed on the identifiability-reduced image generated by first processing unit.
