Abstract: A proximity sensor includes a conductor, a receiving electrode, and a first transmission electrode. The conductor has an upper surface. The receiving electrode is separate from the upper surface of the conductor in an upward direction and extends along a first direction. The first direction is orthogonal to the upward direction. The first transmission electrode is separate from the upper surface of the conductor in the upward direction and extends along the first direction. The first transmission electrode and the receiving electrode are aligned with each other in a second direction. The second direction is orthogonal to both the upward direction and the first direction. The first transmission electrode has an upper surface having a shape bulging in the upward direction in a cross section orthogonal to the first direction.

Abstract: An input device configured to more accurately detect movement of an operation part is provided. An input device includes a fixed electrode, a reference electrode, an operation part, and a moving electrode. The fixed electrode and the reference electrode are separate from each other on a substrate. The operation part is movable with respect to the substrate. The moving electrode faces the fixed electrode and is configured to move together with the operation part. The moving electrode 15 moves together with the operation part to enter either a connected state of being electrically connected to the reference electrode or a non-connected state of not being electrically connected to the reference electrode.

Abstract: In a touch sensor, a wiring board has signal line portions electrically connected to a first sensor terminal of a first sensor board at a first end; a ground portion electrically insulated from the signal line portions; and an insulating layer covering the ground portion. The insulating layer has a plurality of through holes for passing through the insulating layer in a thickness direction of the wiring board and exposing the ground portion therethrough. The plurality of through holes are arranged at intervals. A line segment connecting two through holes of the plurality of through holes intersects the plurality of signal line portions.

Abstract: An input device is provided which is configured such that no matter which position on an operation surface is pushed, the detection sensitivity of the pushing load is suppressed from varying due to different operation positions on the operation surface. An input device includes a first pressing member, a second pressing member, and a substrate. The first pressing member has an operation surface and a first axis and is tiltable around the first axis by the operation surface being pushed. The second pressing member has a second shaft and is tiltable around the second shaft by being pushed by a tilt of the first pressing member. The substrate includes at least one pressure sensor which is to be pushed by the second pressing member. A position of the first axis in the first pressing member is variable in accordance with a pushed position on the operation surface.
