    Abstract: An optical filter (1) in which, in a transmission spectrum of the optical filter, when: a minimum value of transmissivity for a wavelength range of from 400 nm to 450 nm, inclusive, is defined as first minimum value MIN1; a minimum value of transmissivity for a wavelength range of from 525 nm to 595 nm, inclusive, is defined as second minimum value MIN2; a maximum value of transmissivity for a wavelength range of from 450 nm to 525 nm, inclusive, is defined as first maximum value MAX1; and a maximum value of transmissivity for a wavelength range of from 595 nm to 600 nm, inclusive, is defined as second maximum value MAX2, first minimum value MAX1 and second minimum value MIN1 are each at most ½ a smaller one of first maximum value MAX1 and second maximum value MAX2.

    Abstract: A filter includes a first filter having a recess, and a second filter made of a material different from that of the first filter. The second filter has a housed portion to be housed in the recess of the first filter such that the second filter is removable relative to the first filter. The housed portion of the second filter may correspond to either the entirety or a portion of the second filter. This structure facilitates formation of the filter having a simple structure and implementation of desired light distribution of two or more different light beams.

    Abstract: A lighting apparatus to be installed in an area adjacent to land is provided. The lighting apparatus includes a plurality of light sources disposed on a board and further includes a light shield. The light shield blocks a portion of light emitted from the light sources. The portion of light has a predetermined wavelength. The light shield is disposed on the board closer to the land than at least a light source disposed closest to the land among the light sources. The light shield has a shape which sends, to the land, first emission light included in the light emitted from the light sources. The shape avoids sending, to the land, second emission light included in the light emitted from the light sources. The first emission light passes through the light shield. The second emission light does not pass through the light shield.
