Abstract: A heating cooking device includes: a heating chamber having a front face opening; and a heater that is provided on an upper wall of the heating chamber to heat an object to be heated stored in the heating chamber, at least part of the heater being disposed at a center of the heating chamber seen from above. The heating cooking device further includes camera that is provided on the upper wall of the heating chamber and is disposed closer to a front of the heating chamber than the center of the heating chamber is when seen from above, with camera having an imaging direction inclined toward a rear side of the heating chamber with respect to a vertical direction. The heating cooking device further includes blower fan that is provided on the upper wall of the heating chamber, closer to a front of the heating chamber than the center of the heating chamber is when seen from above and is disposed at a position on one of a right side and a left side with respect to camera as seen from above, and that blows air toward camera from the one of the right side and the left side.

Abstract: An electrochemical device includes a positive electrode having a positive electrode material layer containing a conductive polymer doped with a first anion and a second anion, a negative electrode having a negative electrode material layer storing and releasing lithium ions, and a nonaqueous electrolytic solution having lithium ionic conductivity. The second anion is more easily dedoped from the conductive polymer than the first anion. At an end period of charge of the electrochemical device, a number of moles M1 of the first anion and a number of moles M2 of the second anion respectively doped in the conductive polymer satisfy a relationship of M1 M4.

Abstract: Cooking apparatus (10) includes heating chamber (4), radiant heater unit (38), convection device (30), a temperature sensor, and a control unit. Radiant heater unit (38) is provided inside heating chamber (4) and radiant-heats an object to be heated. Convection device (30) is provided behind heating chamber (4) and convection-heats the object. The temperature sensor is provided inside convection device (30) and detects temperature inside convection device (30). The control unit controls the temperature inside heating chamber (4) by making radiant heater unit (38) and convection device (30) operate in response to the temperature detected by the temperature sensor. This aspect achieves a stable level of finish and a prolonged service life of radiant heater unit (38).
