Abstract: A behavior prediction device includes an acquisition interface for acquiring a power consumption value by an electric load for each of branch circuits divided inside a distribution board in an object space (a dwelling), and a predictor for working out a stop time based on power information in which the power consumption value is related with date and time at which the power consumption value is acquired. The stop time is a time at which the power consumption value will fall to a predetermined reference value. Based on the stop time, the predictor predicts a kind of specified behavior of a user in the object space and a time at which the behavior will occur.
