Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an anti-acne formulation comprising at least one active ingredient selected from the group consisting of coumarin based compounds of Formula I and Formula II; or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, polymorphs and derivatives thereof, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
