Abstract: The disclosed display device may include a display screen having (1) a front surface and (2) at least one display region that emits image light from the front surface, the at least one display region including a plurality of pixels arranged in a plurality of pixel rows and a plurality of pixel columns, the plurality of pixel rows and the plurality of pixel columns each extending obliquely relative to a peripheral edge of the front surface. The display device may also include a display driver circuit for driving the plurality of pixels of the at least one display region. The display driver circuit may be disposed adjacent to the peripheral edge of the front surface. Various other methods, systems, and devices are also disclosed.
